1 WHO CAN ENTER
1.1 This competition is open to all residents of Great Britain 18 years or over, except for employees of the Promoter*, its associated companies, agents, third parties or anyone else professionally connected with this competition.
1.2 By submitting a prize draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. The instructions provided at the point of entry to the prize draw form part of the terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.

2 DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES
2.1 Entries must be received between 00:01 on 04 08 2026 and 23:59 on 31 08 2026 (the "Closing Date"). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
3 HOW TO ENTER
3.1 To enter, simply click on the survey link in the email and opt into the prize draw when prompted.
3.2 A maximum of one entry per email address may be submitted. No more than five (5) entries from the same household will be accepted.
3.3 No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in transit, regardless of the cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
3.4 Those entries not in accordance with the rules will be void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude the entry from the competition; any entry containing false, incomplete or misleading information, or any content that the Promoter reasonably considers to be offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, profane, or otherwise inappropriate, will be void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude the entry from the competition.
4 THE PRIZE
4.1 The prizes are a first prize of £500, or one of two second prizes of £200 each, or one of six third prizes of £100 each. These will be in the form of Dreams vouchers or a voucher code.
5 WINNER SELECTION
5.1 All valid entries received by the Closing Date will be entered into a prize draw. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a verifiable random selection process. The draw will take place within 10 working days of the Closing Date. The Promoter’s decision is final. Duplicate, incomplete, illegible, automated, bulk, third-party or otherwise invalid entries will be disqualified. Only entries that comply with these Terms and Conditions will be included in the draw.
5.2 The surname and county of residence of the prize winners will be made available to anyone who requests this information within one month of the Closing Date by sending a request to Dreams Ltd Prize Draw, Sonder, 6 Charles Court, Budbrooke, Warwick, CV34 5LZ, enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope, unless a winner objects or requests that the amount of information made available is reduced. The Promoter may still be required to provide winner details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
6 WINNER NOTIFICATION
6.1 Winners will be notified by email using the email address provided at entry within 10 working days of the draw. Dreams will contact prize winner directly using the contact details provided as part of the prize draw entry process. Any survey responses will remain with the research agency and will not be disclosed to Dreams in a personally identifiable form unless necessary for the administration of the prize draw.
6.2 Winners must respond within 30 days of notification to confirm acceptance of the prize. If a winner does not respond within that period, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries using the same random selection process.
6.3 Please allow 14 days from the date of the winner's prize acceptance for delivery of the prize.
7 DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
7.1 Personal data supplied in connection with the survey and prize draw will be processed for the purposes of administering the survey, operating the prize draw, selecting and contacting winners, verifying eligibility, fulfilling prizes, dealing with enquiries, and complying with any legal or regulatory obligations relating to the prize draw.
7.2 By entering the competition, you understand that for the purposes of polling survey data, it is necessary for the following third parties, on our behalf, to hold and process your personal data that has been submitted within the survey: (a) Adaptos Ltd, Trading as Sonder, Company Registration No: 28738096, registered office: 6 Charles Court, Budbrooke, Warwick, CV34 5LZ. This is necessary for the administration of the survey or prize draw. Such third parties may only process personal data in accordance with Dreams’ instructions and applicable data protection laws. Prize draw entry data will be used only for administering the prize draw and will not be used for marketing purposes.
8 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 The Promoter and its associated agencies, companies and distributors will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including liability for fraud or death or personal injury arising from negligence) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8.2 If you have opted-in to receive further information or marketing from any of the Promoter's agents or suppliers involved in the administration of this competition, you understand and accept that the relevant third party will be solely responsible for any processing of your personal data for these purposes, that such processing will be governed by terms of that third party's privacy policy and that the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability in association with any such data processing for these purposes. Any separate consent provided for marketing communications is voluntary and is not a condition of entering the prize draw.
9 GENERAL
9.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or if the Promoter believes that your conduct may be unlawful or otherwise bring the competition into disrepute, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to make your entry void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude you from participating in the competition.
9.2 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.3 The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
9.4 This competition and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
