Children’s beds with storage
Many of our kids' beds, even singles, come with storage units which help keep your child organised, and ensure their room stays clean and tidy. Kids’ storage beds like ottomans, divans, and cabin beds are good for children with smaller bedrooms or those sharing a room.
Bunk beds
Bunk beds are fantastic for double trouble, whether that's for siblings or sleepovers with friends. With either a traditional or modified ladder, these kids’ beds are perfect for children who share a room.
Children's bunks are technically safe for kids of all ages; however, it’s recommended that children under the age of 6 sleep on the bottom bunk. As bunk beds are high beds, the top bunk is quite far from the ground and would be more suitable for older children. For more information, check out our bunk bed safety guide.
Cabin & desk beds
These raised frames can encompass a bed, cupboards, shelves, and desk all in one, making them a great choice if you’re looking for a multi-functional bed for kids. There are lower, mid-sleeper frames for younger children and high-sleeper options for bigger kids.

Toddler beds
Toddler beds are suitable for children aged 2 to 3 years old who have outgrown a cot but aren’t yet ready for a kids' single bed. They have rounded edges to stop any bumps, are lower to the ground, and have raised side panels to stop your child from rolling out. These kids’ beds have fun and colourful designs with popular characters and themes to get them excited about bedtime.
Children’s bed styles
All of our kids’ bed frames come in different materials and colours. Metal and wooden kids’ beds are sleek and classic designs which are long-lasting and strong. They are also easy to clean and maintain, meaning any mess that your child may make during playtime can easily be wiped away.
Faux leather and fabric beds offer a more contemporary style for your kid’s bedroom. These bed frames are also durable and simple to clean, but instead of ornate frames, they add a softer feel to the bedroom.
Of course, all styles can offer storage, and they each come in various colours such as white, grey, black, and more. You're bound to find a children’s bed you love that will last your little loved ones through their childhood.
What size kids' beds and mattresses should you get?
When buying a children’s bed and mattress one of the most important factors to consider is age. This impacts the longevity of the bed, and your child’s comfort, safety, and style preferences. Our beds for kids come in four sizes to suit every age:
Toddler mattresses
Toddler mattresses are 70cm in width and 140cm in length. This will usually last your child until they are around 4-5 years old. Before you know it, they'll be ready for their first kids' single bed.
Children’s single beds
Single beds are the most popular size for children’s beds as they’re suitable for ages 4 and older, so have great longevity. A single mattress is 90cm in width and 190cm in length. Most bunk beds, high sleepers and mid sleepers require a single mattress.
European single kids’ beds
The difference between a children’s single bed and Euro single beds is that Euro single beds are 10cm longer. Euro single mattresses are 90cm in width and 200cm in length. Our kids’ Euro single beds are all mid sleeper or bunk bed styles which are more suited to older children and teens.
How safe are kids’ beds?
Our children’s beds are crafted with safety in mind for every age through a variety of features. For example, high barriers or ladders with extra foot room on bunk beds, mid sleepers, or high sleepers. For little youngsters, consider choosing a bed lower to the floor with smooth edges across the frame to avoid any nasty bumps.
