Looking after our colleagues

Through our partnership with the Retail Trust, Dreams offers free emotional, mental, and financial support to all colleagues. We’ve marked Mental Health Awareness Week with webinars, wellness training, and gratitude activities, and celebrated Pride with a virtual parade, personal stories, and allyship training to support our LGBTQ+ colleagues and customers.
