TEMPUR® Price Promise
We are committed to offering you the best price on TEMPUR® products. We carry out weekly price checks against 11 major competitors and, if we identify a lower advertised price for the same TEMPUR® product, we will match it. If you find the same TEMPUR® product advertised for less by any other eligible UK retailer, we will match that lower price too, subject to these terms.
What qualifies?
To qualify for a price match, the product must:
- Be an identical TEMPUR® product.
- Be the same model and size.
- Be brand new and unused.
- The competitor's advertised price must be current and available for verification at the time the customer requests the price match.
- Be available for immediate purchase from an eligible UK retailer.
- Be in stock and available for delivery.
- Be advertised at a lower price that can be verified by Dreams.
The Price Promise does not apply to:
- Marketplace sellers (including Amazon Marketplace, eBay and similar third-party platforms)
- Auction sites
- Clearance, outlet, ex-display or refurbished products
- Trade, membership, employee or staff discounts
- Bundle offers or package deals
- Products sold by retailers outside the UK
- Products that are not identical in model, size or specification
- Prices achieved through voucher codes, cashback offers, finance incentives or other promotional discounts not available to all customers
Important information
- Dreams reserves the right to verify product specifications, availability, and pricing before approving a price match.
- Where a competitor uses a different product name or description, Dreams may request supporting evidence that the mattress is identical.
- Price comparisons will be based on the total price payable by the customer including any mandatory delivery charges
- Dreams will assess product equivalence and eligibility acting reasonably and in good faith.
- The Price Promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated otherwise.
- Dreams may amend or withdraw this Tempur Price Promise at any time. Any amendment or withdrawal will not affect existing purchases or price-promise claims which have already qualified under these terms.
- The Tempur Price Promise applies until delivery of the product or for 28 days after purchase, whichever occurs first.
- These TEMPUR® Price Promise terms supplement Dreams' general Price Promise terms. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, these TEMPUR® Price Promise terms shall take precedence in respect of TEMPUR® products.
