Who is delivering my order?

Your order will be delivered by

Larger items:

• Dreams Fleet: Most of our products are delivered by our dedicated fleet.
• Selected Partners: Certain products are handled by our carefully selected partners - when necessary contact will be made directly by our partner to arrange convenient delivery for you.



Smaller items:

• Soft items (e.g. pillows, duvets):Our soft items will be delivered by Royal Mail usually within 5 working days.

Our UK office is unable to provide information about Northern Ireland orders and availability, but their friendly, local team with be happy to help you.

For Northern Ireland customers
All items will be delivered at once by your local delivery team. Nothing will arrive via Royal Mail.
