Do I need to prepare for delivery?

Yes, preparation is key to ensuring a smooth delivery process.

  • Day Before Delivery: We'll send an email and text message with your 2-hour delivery window.
  • On Delivery Day: Be available to receive delivery.
  • Room of Your Choice Service: Be on hand to tell our team where to place your new purchase.

Room of Your Choice Service

  • Upgrade for £49 to have your purchase delivered to a specific room (e.g., a bedroom).
  • Our crew will expertly handle any tight corners or tricky layouts.
  • Free Room of Your Choice delivery is included if you've added our assembly service.

To prepare for Room of Your Choice delivery, follow these simple steps:

  • Clear the room and pathway for Room of Your Choice service.
  • Remove any wall hangings or displays that could be damaged.
  • Our delivery team will call before 10:00am to run through what to expect.

If you've opted for recycling:

    Prepare your items:

  • Mattress: Wrap and seal your mattress in the green bag provided.
  • Bed Frames, Divans, Headboards, Sofa Beds: Disassemble these items for collection.

    Delivery options:

  • Room of Your Choice Service: Items will be collected from your preferred room.
  • Standard Delivery: Place wrapped mattress or dismantled bed frames in your entrance hallway.
