What are your delivery options and how much do they cost?

Standard Delivery (free)

  • Free delivery to your doorstep or entrance hallway.
  • Available Monday to Friday.

Room of Your Choice Service (£39)

  • Upgrade for £39 to have your purchase delivered to a specific room (e.g., a bedroom).
  • Our crew will expertly handle any tight corners or tricky layouts.
  • Free Room of Your Choice delivery is included if you've added our assembly service.

Next Day Delivery (free) - (UK mainland only, excluding Northern Ireland)
Eligible items ordered before 2pm will be delivered the next working day, Monday-Friday. Your new bed will be delivered to your threshold by one of our trusted delivery partners. ​

  • A tracking number via text and email sent on the day of delivery, including a 2-hour delivery window.
  • A phone call approximately 60 minutes before delivery to confirm arrival.
  • If you are a Northern Ireland customer, your full order will be delivered together by our local delivery team, not within 24 hours.
  • Available on select items only
  • Postcode restrictions apply, not all postcode districts are delivered to daily. Please find the full list of postcode district and delivery days here.

Flexible Delivery Options

Weekdays (£30)
Mornings time slot - (7am-12pm) or afternoon time slot - (12pm-6pm)

Saturday delivery (£15)

Selected Partners (free)

Certain products are handled by our carefully selected partners - when necessary contact will be made directly by our partner to arrange convenient delivery for you.

Bedding and Accessories Delivery (free)

  • Delivered separately by courier service.
  • Estimated delivery time: Within 5 working days.

Note: These flexible options are in addition to other delivery services chosen.
Not available for bedroom furniture, linens, and bedding.
May be restricted in certain postcode areas (refer to exclusions).
