When will my items be delivered?

The delivery date will be shown on your confirmation order document/email.

• When you place your order, you can book your delivery date.
• For items delivered by third parties, you'll receive an estimated delivery date. As the delivery approaches, they will contact you to arrange a day that works best for you.
• Soft Items (e.g., pillows, duvets): Usually delivered within 5 working days.

For Northern Ireland customers:

All Northern Ireland deliveries are booked after you place your order. Their Belfast based team will contact you separately to book a date as these are facilitated by a local distribution centre.

All items will be delivered together. Nothing will arrive via Royal Mail
