When will I receive my delivery time slot?

You will receive your time slot via:

• Text Notification: Sent the afternoon before your delivery with a two-hour time slot. This includes weekend and Monday deliveries..
• Morning Call: Our delivery team will call you on the morning of delivery before 10:00am to reconfirm the time slot and run through what to expect when they arrive.

Your time slot won't show in Manage My Order, so keep an eye on your texts.

Delivered by one of our partners?

Some products are delivered by our selected partners. In this case, the partner will contact you directly to arrange delivery, and you won't receive a time slot from us.

For Northern Ireland customers:

The local delivery team will call you on the morning of delivery before 9am and give you a four-hour time slot.
