What is my delivery time slot?

You will recieve your time slot via:

  • Text Notification: Sent the day before delivery with a two-hour time slot.
  • Morning Call: Our delivery team will call you on the morning of the delivery before 10:00am to reconfirm the time slot & run through what to expect when they arrive.

Unfortunately, time slot requests cannot be made, if you do need to narrow down the time slot, we would advise purchasing our AM/PM delivery service when placing your order.

For Northern Ireland customers:
The local delivery team will call you on the morning off delivery before 9am and give you a 4 hour timeslot.
