Do I need to prepare my items prior to collection for recycling?

Yes, preparation is important to ensure a smooth collection process. To help us to take away your mattress as safely and quickly as possible, we ask you to wrap and seal it in the green bag we'll send out to you in advance.

• Mattress: Wrap and seal your mattress in the green bag provided (If you don't receive your green bag, please don't worry. Our delivery crew always have a few extra on hand just in case).
• Bed Frames, Divans, Headboards, Sofa Beds: Disassemble these items for collection.
• Room of Your Choice Service: Items will be collected from your preferred room.
• Standard Delivery: Place wrapped mattress or dismantled bed frames in your entrance hallway.

Our local delivery team will bring the recycling bag with them on the day.
