Can the delivery team dismantle my old bed?

No, our delivery team is not able to dismantle anything in your home. Please ensure you've dismantled and cleared away any old beds prior to collection.

Please note: Our delivery drivers are unable to place your mattress into the green bag on your behalf. They can only remove items that have been fully dismantled before delivery. Recycling services are not available for products delivered by a third party courier
