No, our delivery team is not able to dismantle anything in your home. Please ensure you've dismantled and cleared away any old beds prior to collection.

Please note: Our delivery drivers are unable to place your mattress into the green bag on your behalf. They can only remove items that have been fully dismantled before delivery.
