I've applied for finance and haven't received confirmation

If you have applied for finance but you haven't received your order confirmation, we would recommend you follow these steps:

  • Make sure you have signed your finance agreement
  • If your agreement has been signed, but you haven't received your Dreams order confirmation, please fill out a contact form here. and we will send one to you.
  • If you haven't signed a finance agreement, please contact your finance provider to confirm the steps you need to take to do this.
  • If you require any further assistance please fill out a contact form here and a member of our customer service team will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
