There is a fault with my product

If your product is faulty:

  • Within the first year: Submit a request with details and photos.
  • After the first year with our bedcover service plan warranty: Start a claim with MB&G Insurance.
  • Producs with manfacturer guarantee over a year: Please submit a request with details & photos
  • After the first year without warranty: Arrange an independent inspection (e.g. Emmiera). If deemed faulty, we'll arrange an exchange.
