What is your mattress 100-night comfort exchange policy?

If your mattress isn't quite right, you can exchange it under our 100-Night Comfort Guarantee:

  • You must wait at least 30 nights (up to 100) before requesting an exchange to allow your body to adjust.
  • It does not apply to bed frames, divans, adjustable or ottoman bases.
  • If you choose a more expensive mattress, you'll pay the difference.
  • If you choose a cheaper one, you'll receive the difference in Dreams vouchers after the exchange of mattresses has taken place (not redeemable against delivery, collection, or recycling fees).
  • The original mattress must be in pristine condition and used with a mattress protector.
  • The guarantee does not apply to clearance, blue-cross and ex-display mattresses, which are sold “as seen”.
  • Only one comfort exchange is allowed per order.

    To arrange this please follow these simple steps:
  • Visit your local store where one of our sleep experts will be more than happy to assist you in finding an alernative mattress
  • Contact customer service with the details of your new mattress

Please note: If your mattress isn't in pristine condition, we will be unable to carry out the comfort exchange

We charge £95 to cover the collection and sustainable repurposing of the returning mattress and the delivery of your new mattress. The exchange will be made in your Room of Choice.
