How do I add or cancel my Bedcover Service Plan

Adding bedcover to your order

You can add bedcover to your order after you've added your items to your basket. If you've already placed your order and wish to add the service plan prior to delivery, then please contact us and we'll arrange this for you. Bedcover can only be purchased before your items have been delivered.

Cooling off period and cancellation

We hope that you're happy with the support that the Service Contract provides. However, if after reading the contract, it does not meet your requirements and you wish to cancel, please notify the Administrator via Dreams within 45 days of issue and we'll refund your fees in full. No refund of fees will be considered if a claim has been made under your contract.
