What divan base options does Flaxby offer?

There are three bases in the Flaxby collection, each built for a different kind of bedroom:

• The Flaxby Sprung Divan Base features 1,000 built-in pocket springs beneath sumptuous padding, with a firm edge for extra stability and hidden wheel castors for easy moving. Four storage drawers keep things tidy without taking anything away from the look.
• The Flaxby Divan Ottoman Bed opens from the end to reveal up to 4x more storage than a traditional divan base, with around 25-26cm of internal space for bedding, blankets and the rest.
• The Flaxby Shallow Divan Bed Base takes a different approach entirely. Its raised profile on Scandinavian-style wooden legs lets light flow under the frame, giving the room a more open, airy feel.

What size Flaxby divan bed or headboard do I need?

Flaxby offers one of the widest size ranges of any divan collection, from single to emperor. Single (90cm x 190cm) suits smaller rooms or a younger sleeper. A small double (120cm x 190cm) is a good option where space is tight, but a single feels too narrow. A double (135cm x 190cm) works well in guest rooms, while a king (150cm x 200cm) offers a more comfortable spread for two. Super king (180cm x 200cm) is the generous choice for those who want proper room to move, and emperor (200cm x 200cm) is as spacious as it gets.

What fabrics and colours are available for Flaxby divans?

Choose up to three fabrics and ten colours. The woven finish is durable and classic, built to hold its look over time. Velvet-touch is smooth and soft with a subtle sheen. Pebble bouclé brings a cosy, textural feel that works particularly well in neutral or warm-toned rooms. All fabrics are sustainably sourced in the UK and available across beige, blue, brown, cream, gold, green, grey, purple, red and silver. Order up to three free fabric samples before you decide.

With five headboards in the collection, there's a style for every kind of bedroom, and each comes in the same size, fabrics, and colours as the Flaxby divans, so you can match effortlessly.

• The Gransmore Flaxby headboard is clean and contemporary, with four rows of panel stitching and thick padding for everyday comfort.
• The Kettlewell Flaxby headboard makes more of a statement, with deep winged sides that wrap around you for an inviting, cocooned feel.
• The Harrogate Flaxby headboard is button-quilted for a classic, elegant look, generously padded for those who like to sit up in bed with a book.
• The Rainton Hotel Flaxby headboard features elegant, notched corners with a sophisticated seamed edge.
• The Malton Hotel Flaxby headboard adds a bronze-studded border to its notched profile for something genuinely distinctive.
