The customisable options don't end there. If you'd like to make it taller, or shorter, you'll find all the equipment in the box. The height of the black legs can be adjusted to be 8” or 11” tall.

With its adjustable back, the 200 u&i could help lessen the severity of snoring. During deep sleep, the muscles in the roof of your mouth, tongue and throat relax.
