What is a refurbished mattress?

Refurbished mattresses have been returned to us, either during our 100-night trial period or because they didn’t quite fit into their new home during delivery. Our expert team then inspects, cleans and restores the mattress, so it’s ready to be loved all over again.

Here’s how we make sure refurbished mattresses feel as good as new:

  • Every product is carefully examined by our quality control team. If any repairs are needed, they’ll oversee the process to ensure it meets our tip-top standards.
  • The product is cleaned from top to bottom using specialist equipment.
  • Finally, the product is checked again by our trained team of Bed Experts and graded to indicate its condition.

It’s important to be aware that some refurbished mattresses may have minor marks, scratches or dinks. These vary by product and are always reflected in the price you pay.

Please note that refurbished mattresses are not available for delivery in Northern Ireland.
