Can I change my delivery address?

You have 72 hours after placing your order to change your delivery address free of charge. This also includes any other amendments such as the size of the product you've chosen, and even your delivery date.

Online customers
You can change your delivery address for an online order if you paid for your order in full e.g. card, PayPal etc.
You can do this by contacting our customer service team and providing them with the new address.

Please note: you will not be able to change the delivery address on a financed order, the order will need to be cancelled and replaced under the correct address. You will also need to contact our customer service team to arange this

Store customers
You can change your store order delivery address on any order regardless of payment method. You can do this by contacting our customer service team and providing them with the new address. If your order is financed you will need to revisit the store you placed your order in to sign a new finance agreement under the new delivery address.
After 72 hours you may be charged an administration fee of up to 20%
