The Dreams in-store experience was great. Once I walked in the store, Tony the sales man greeted me and even offered me a cup of coffee. A very pleasant shopping experience.
Went into Northampton branch. The staff were very helpful, not at all pushy, wrote everything down for me and explained about all the different mattresses. We were very impressed with the service given.
High standards throughout
I was highly satisfied due to the high standard of customer service myself and my partner received from Alex. Alex had the time and patience to make sure we understood the differences between mattresses and took the time to show us the quality standards of the mattresses and pillows in store.
When I entered the store, the greeting was friendly. The colleague understood exactly what I wanted and allowed me to try as many mattresses as I required. I was informed about the different types, springs and materials and the comfort exchange. I was given a tea in a proper mug, not a polythene cup. We only progressed to the sale when I was satisfied this was the mattress I wanted.. The whole experience was most agreeable.
Positive, patient and friendly
The moment we went to the store we felt like we were at home. Positive and friendly energy. Friendly team greeted us and we could look at all the products. We were looking for a bunk bed that we saw on the Dreams website and were very happy to find it in the store. We were impressed with Chris’ professionalism and how friendly and patient he was in helping us making good choice. Very happy with that visit.
Understood my needs
We usually get harassed by staff when looking around in other stores which is very off putting. The staff at Tamworth let us know they were there, but left us to it. They were lovely with my 4-year-old daughter also making a fuss of her and her new baby sister. The staff seemed helpful without an agenda which is unusual for a sales person. Thanks again.

The lady that served us was so friendly and understood our needs. She was very helpful and had great knowledge of all of the beds/mattresses. The ordering and sale went through very smoothly. We wouldn't think twice about coming back.
Knowledgeable and efficient
Diane was brilliant, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We really felt she listened to us and worked out what we wanted and needed. She's clearly intuitive and knows how to read people. She knows the stock and gave valid recommendations without overwhelming us with choice.

Our delivery went very smoothly was within the timeframe I had been quoted. The delivery men were very courteous, polite and friendly, not damaging anything and even took their shoes off without being asked (brilliant!) All in all a very happy customer.
