Sophie Conran Collection

Who is Sophie Conran?

Sophie Conran is a British designer known for her natural, elegant style, first in tableware and homeware, now in bedroom furniture too. With over four decades of experience across interiors, cooking and craft, Sophie has brought her distinctive eye to Dreams, creating beds, wool-filled mattresses and furniture that favour honest materials over fleeting trends. Every design is made exclusively for Dreams, with details like bow ties and hidden storage that feel properly considered.

Sophie Conran beds

Our Sophie Conran beds come in upholstered and wooden styles. Designs are crafted from carefully chosen materials and thoughtful details, such as woven linen-look weaves, soft velvets and warm wood finishes, all built around Sophie Conran's love of tactile materials. Several designs include ottoman storage, lifting from the base to hide away bedding and clutter, and come in sizes from single to super king.

Sophie Conran mattresses

Sophie Conran mattresses all feature pocket wool, pairing individually wrapped springs with natural wool, bamboo and alpaca fillings. Wool breathes well and helps regulate temperature, making Sophie Conran mattresses a great choice for anyone who overheats at night. The range spans from Nest, a lighter, breathable option, up to Sanctuary, layered with wool, bamboo, latex and alpaca for extra comfort. All are available from single to super king.

Sophie Conran homeware

Sophie Conran homeware rounds off the collection. There are bedside tables and padded blanket boxes that double as extra seating. Each piece shares the same natural materials and gentle curves as the beds, so they slot in without a second thought.

What style is Sophie Conran beds and homeware?

Sophie Conran’s style at Dreams is timeless English country: soft curves, natural fabrics and a relaxed, lived-in feel. Think washed linen, wool and velvet in muted, gentle tones. It suits country and coastal bedrooms best, but sits just as easily against plainer, modern decor as one standout piece.
