Yes. An upholstered bed frame is sold without a mattress, so you can add any mattress you like. If you'd rather have a bed and mattress that arrive already matched, our bed and mattress sets include upholstered frames, from padded headboard styles to upholstered ottomans with storage, paired with pocket memory, pocket sprung or TEMPUR mattresses. A padded headboard gives you something soft to lean on, and an ottoman style adds storage under the mattress.
