    What tools do I need to assemble a bed?

    Most beds can be assembled with basic tools such as an Allen key (often included), a screwdriver and a small adjustable wrench. Some heavier or larger frames may benefit from a second person to help with positioning, but you rarely need specialist tools unless the guide specifies otherwise.

    Where can I find my parts list?

    Your parts list is included at the beginning of your assembly guide PDF. It lists every component and fixing you’ll need, usually with pictures and part codes, so you can identify them before you start.

    What should I do if parts are missing or damaged?

    If any parts are missing or damaged, don’t begin assembly. Check the parts list, then contact our customer service team on 0345 646 0697 with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We’ll arrange replacements as quickly as possible.

    How long does it take to assemble a bed?

    Assembly time varies by bed type, but most beds take 30–90 minutes to assemble. Larger frames or those with storage components, like ottoman beds, may take a little longer.

    Can I assemble the bed on my own?

    Yes, many beds can be self-assembled by one person, especially smaller frames. However, having a second person can make handling large parts and aligning fixings easier and safer, particularly for ottoman or larger beds.

    How do I check that the bed is assembled correctly?

    Once assembled, double-check that all bolts and fixings are tightened securely and that the frame sits flat and stable. Give the bed a gentle shake to ensure it doesn’t wobble and make sure the mattress fits snugly without gaps.
