Let us introduce you to Sammy Margo, a Chartered Physiotherapist for 32 years who specialises in sleep.

She completed her Chartered Physiotherapy training and a Masters in Physiotherapy (MSc) at University College and Middlesex Hospital. Now as the founder of The Good Sleep Expert, she brings her expertise to The Sleep Matters Club.

About Sammy

Sammy Margo, MSc MCSP MMACP HCPC AACP, established her physiotherapy practice 25 years ago and is a spokesperson for the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

During her time treating patients, Sammy’s interest in sleep began to grow. She discovered that a good night’s sleep can have a significant impact on an individual’s healing process. With her hands-on experience, she went on to author The Good Sleep Guide and The Good Sleep Guide for Children, both of which are fantastic resources for anyone who is struggling with sleep.

Sammy has published many articles on The Good Sleep Expert that champion the importance of sleep and also share her valuable sleep advice. From tips on good sleep posture to support dealing with stress and anxiety, you’ll find a variety of health and well-being guidance to aid your slumber.
