My product didn't fit

If you have experienced some difficulty in getting your new product(s) into your home and the dimensions look a little too wide, consider something a little smaller or at least more portable. For example, our range of rolled mattresses come in a box meaning you can transport it around the house easily or, alternatively we offer a variety of Zip & Link mattresses. Please look at our home measuring guide where we offer advice and guidance on measuring your furniture and access routes to ensure there are no hiccups come delivery day.

Online and telesales customers: You can return or exchange items that don't fit if:

  • They're in original packaging.
  • You notify us within 14 working days of delivery.

In-store customers: Terms differ and are provided at the point of sale.

  • Contact us for help finding a suitable alternative. Some items may incur an administration fee.
