Posted credit agreement
If you have been notified by our finance partner that they are unable to confirm your identity electronically, a credit agreement will be posted to the address you have provided. Please sign and return the credit agreement to complete the application. Due to COVID-19, the agreement will need to be scanned and sent to our client support inbox [email protected] to be processed.The process can take up to 15 days to complete once the documentation has been returned. 
Any delivery date selected will not go ahead and will need to be re-arranged once the agreement has been approved. 
Pending application
If you have been notified that your finance application is pending, our finance partner will send you an email with their decision. This is usually within 15 minutes if the order is placed between 9am-9pm. If the order is placed after 9pm, you will receive notification of a decision within 24 hours. If your credit application is approved, the e-mail will contain detail on how to login to our finance partner’s online account management system to e-sign your credit agreement. Please be sure to action this as soon as possible as failure to e-sign your credit agreement can delay the delivery of your goods.
