Bedcover Service Plan

We’ve all been there. We get cosy and treat ourselves to breakfast in bed in front of a good box set, life feels good. That’s until the cappuccino suddenly decides to make a jump for it and seeps through the sheets onto your mattress – eek! Don’t worry, Bedcover will soften the blow on these kinds of mishaps by offering you a reliable claims procedure.

Our Bedcover service:
8 years

With this service you get full structural defect cover for 8 years

5 years

This service offers you accidental cosmetic damage for 5 years

Free protector

You’ll receive a free mattress protector with each mattress added to the service plan

Our Bedcover prices

The bedcover prices depend on the value of your item. The higher the value of your item, the higher the cost of bedcover. Prices vary between £15 to £99 to cover one item and between £10 to £99 to cover a secondary item. Best of all this is a one off payment! so, so once you have added this to your order, you can rest easy knowing your covered.

You'll receive a £5 discount if two or more items are added to your service plan.

What we cover

We provide cover for the following defects and damages (at our discretion):

Structural defects in your bed or mattress for 8 years*, such as:

  • Warping
  • Breakage
  • Cracking
  • Mechanical failure

Cosmetic damage to your mattress or bed for 5 years, including:

  • Stains
  • Peeling
  • Rips and tears
  • Burns, scuffs and scratches
  • Pet damage

How to make a claim

This Service Contract is provided by Dreams Limited, whose registered office is Knaves Beech, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP10 9YU and Warranty Logistics Management Limited whose registered office is 63/66 Hatton Garden, London, England, EC1N 8LE (the Providers). The Service Contract is administered by MB&G Limited whose registered address is Cobalt Business Exchange, Cobalt Park Way, Newcastle NE28 9NZ (the Administrator).

When a structural fault or cosmetic damage occurs please immediately complete a claim form online.

The Administrator may provide advice, send you a suitable cleaning kit, or arrange a home visit by an authorised technician to assess the structural or cosmetic damage. Please don't attempt to clean or repair the aff ected product without first seeking guidance from the Administrator and using the approved cleaning kit or method recommended. Should you require assistance completing the claim form please contact the Dreams Customer Service Helpline on 0800 652 6750 (Monday – Saturday from 9am to 5pm).

How to add or cancel your Bedcover Service Plan

Adding bedcover to your order

You can add bedcover to your order after you've added your items to your basket. If you've already placed your order and wish to add the service plan prior to delivery, then please contact us and we'll arrange this for you. Bedcover can only be purchased before your items have been delivered.

Cooling off period and cancellation

We hope that you're happy with the support that this Service Contract provides. However, if after reading this contract, it does not meet your requirements and you wish to cancel, please notify the Administrator via Dreams within 45 days of issue and we'll refund your fees in full. No refund of fees will be considered if a claim has been made under your contract.
