Do Dreams have beds and mattresses available to collect in-store?

If you need something in a hurry, many Dreams stores have rolled mattresses available for you to take home the very same day. We may also have clearance bed frames ready for you to purchase, subject to availability. If this doesn't suit you, don't worry. Do Dreams offer delivery?

Yes! Dreams offer free delivery to your door. Don't worry, we'll never leave your items out in the rain and can deliver to your entrance hall or doorway as part of our free service. If you need a hand with the heavy lifting, choose our Room of Your Choice service for a small charge. Our fully trained teams will expertly transport your new bed to your room of choice, so you can just focus on getting comfy.

How quickly after buying in-store will my order be delivered?

This is a little tricky to estimate as it depends on our stock availability, which varies from item to item. To give you an idea of the lead time, have a quick browse online - you'll be able to see an estimated delivery timeframe for each product. When you purchase in-store, one of our lovely Bed Experts will let you know your delivery date so you can plan ahead.

Question 4

What should I do if I need to return items ordered in-store?

Accepted Answer

You can receive a refund for any item you have taken home from a Dreams store by returning it within 14 days of purchase. To ensure the hygiene of pillows, duvets, bed linen, mattress protectors and toppers, they must be returned unused and unopened in their original packaging. To return any larger purchases or items ordered for you by our Bed Experts in store, please contact our Customer Services team no later than 14 days after delivery to arrange collection. If your items haven't yet been delivered, you can contact the team to amend your order. Please note, amendments made more than 48 hours after placing the order will be subject to an administration fee of 20%.

Can I get finance for products purchased in Dreams stores?

Absolutely! When you spend over £500 with us, you can choose from a range of finance options over 6, 10 or 20 months. With 0% APR and no hidden fees, you'll simply pay a regular fixed monthly payment over your agreed term. One of our lovely Bed Experts will be happy to arrange this for you in store.

How often do you need to change your mattress?

Accepted Answer

At Dreams, we recommend you replace your mattress every 8 years. That's why our mattresses arrive in your home with a delivered-on date, so you know when it's time for an upgrade. We know it can be hard to let go, but over time mattresses lose their support and can harbour nasty germs. This means a mattress that's 10 years' old could be housing up to 10 million dust mites! Need we say more?

Can Dreams assemble my new bed?

Assembly instructions are always included, but for a small charge, you can add our handy Assembly service to your order and our brilliant team will put your item together when we deliver. If you purchase our Assembly service, the Room of Your Choice cost is included in the charge. Please be aware that some postcodes may not be eligible for our Assembly service.

Question 9

Can my old bed or mattress be taken away?

Accepted Answer

Add our Recycling service to your order and we'll collect and sustainably dispose of your old bed, headboard or mattress, ensuring nothing goes to landfill in the process. Prior to collection, all items for disposal must be dismantled, where applicable, and any mattress securely wrapped in the green bag we provide.
