Whereas the kitchen or living room\u00a0is\u00a0more\u00a0welcoming to guests, the\u00a0bedroom is a place of serenity, of relaxation and revitalisation.&#8217;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Colour can significantly affect our\u00a0emotions; it impacts mood, feelings and behaviour, so adding the right colour to our bedrooms can actually help us create a comfortable and relaxing space to sleep. Many people are afraid to stray from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dreams.co.uk\/beds\/beige\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">beige<\/a>. They use\u00a0neutral colours in their bedrooms as they feel it is easier to maintain, but beige, if not used correctly, can be bland and emotionless, and people won\u2019t receive any feeling from the colour.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8216;When designing your bedroom, as an individual, think about your favourite places, perhaps a certain holiday destination or certain memories that make you feel happy and relaxed.&#8217;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&#8216;These memories always have colour schemes related to them.
