Delivering your order

At Dreams we believe everyone deserves a better night’s sleep. That’s why we want you to have a great experience right from choosing your perfect bed, through to sleeping on it. We’ve adapted our delivery service to ensure we keep you, our customers, and our colleagues safe.

We’re currently delivering orders throughout UK, straight to your room of choice.

To make things simple, you can select a convenient delivery date when completing your order or by visiting our online booking system. Just sign in and select the most convenient available date for delivery which will be between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday.

If we’re unable to deliver the goods on the day of delivery (for example because the specified delivery location is unoccupied) you may be charged a redelivery fee of £38 (£4.95 for orders under £100).

In addition to our standard service, we understand that sometimes you may need some more flexibility. So, for just £24 we can offer a morning delivery on weekdays (between 7am and midday) or an afternoon delivery (between midday and 6pm). Saturday deliveries cost £9.95. Availability for our premium delivery service depends upon your postcode area and it isn’t available on bedroom furniture, linens and bedding.

Our bedding and accessories will be delivered by courier service. Items are delivered to your door usually within 7-10 working days. In order to maintain the well-being of you and our delivery colleagues, we’ve put in place social-distancing and hygiene measures, and the delivery teams will have personal protective equipment.

We’ll send you an email and text message on the day of delivery to reconfirm your estimated time slot. You’ll also be given the driver’s name and mobile number just in case you have any urgent questions.

The delivery team will give you a call before 10:30am. Deliveries will be to your room of choice and we’ll fulfil any assembly service purchased with your order. We ask that you please clear the room and pathway to the room for delivery in advance.

During the morning call, our team will let you know what to expect once they arrive and discuss any social distancing issues. All of the delivery crew will have facemasks with them.

On arrival they will walk the route to check for anything that could be damaged and will ask you to remove it. They’ll also either wear overshoes or take their shoes off.

If your delivery includes an exchange of products or product parts, the delivery team will sort out any dismantling required and will bag up the components using the collection bags they carry on their vans.

If you’ve purchased a disposal service for your old bed or mattress for recycling, we’ll send you recycling bags in advance by Royal Mail courier. Please dismantle (where appropriate) any products being collected for disposal. For more information on this service, please view our Recycling page. Only items that have been wrapped and sealed will be collected.

When the team has finished, they’ll photograph the assembled bed if this service was purchased and remove the discarded packaging. Otherwise they’ll photograph the boxed and packaged items that they’ve delivered to your room of choice. Finally, the team will call you from their van and ask you to check the goods. If everything’s OK, they’ll sign the proof-of-delivery device on your behalf.

We deliver most products using our own dedicated Dreams fleet but there are certain products that are handled by our carefully selected partners. We always aim to make the delivery experience as seamless as possible for you and when necessary contact will be made directly by our partner to arrange convenient delivery for you.

All orders made in Northern Ireland are managed by our franchise partner based in Belfast. Our UK office doesn’t have visibility of your order and, regrettably, won’t be able to assist with any product or delivery queries. Some of our products won’t be available for delivery to Northern Ireland, so please check with the store or Customer Care to avoid disappointment.
