We have developed our delivery service with this aim in mind and pride ourselves on our quality service, keeping your needs at the heart of everything we do.

Monday - Saturday delivery

To fit in with your lifestyle and plans we offer delivery Monday to Saturday from 7am to 6pm.

At Dreams we are proud to provide a first class delivery service. Our trained Dreams service assistants will deliver your order to your room of choice. Our two-man delivery team will wear overshoes throughout the delivery process to protect your property, and will walk the route from the property entrance to your room of choice to ensure there are no obstacles in the way that could be damaged in the delivery process.

If you purchased a divan or mattress our delivery service assistants will remove all packaging and take this away to be recycled (please note bed frame unpacking requires the Assembly Service option available at the checkout).

You can select a convenient date when completing your order. Delivery times are between 7am and 6pm. Free weekday delivery is available for all qualifying orders however for certain postcodes we only offer specific days of the week. On the day of delivery if we are unable to deliver the goods (for example because the specified delivery location is unoccupied or the goods do not fit in the room you would like them in) you may be charged a redelivery fee of £38 (£4.95 for orders under £100).

At Dreams we understand that sometimes you require a little more flexibility, that’s why we offer premium delivery services. Options include Saturday delivery, morning delivery (7am-midday) and afternoon delivery (midday-6pm). Service availability is dependent upon postcode area and is not available on bedroom furniture, linens and bedding.

To ensure your beautifully crafted bedroom furniture arrives in perfect condition it will be delivered directly by our specialist supplier. Bedroom furniture is usually delivered within 8 weeks. You will receive confirmation that the supplier is dealing with your order within 5 working days of placing your order. You will be contacted 4-6 weeks after the initial order date to arrange your delivery. Your bedroom furniture will be delivered to the room of choice, assembled and all packaging will be removed.

Delivery times are on weekdays between 8am and 6pm (Saturday and morning/afternoon delivery services are not available). Free delivery is available for all furniture orders, however for certain postcodes we only offer specific days of the week. Our bedding and accessories will be delivered by courier service. Items are usually delivered within 10-14 working days. Our selected partner will provide you with tracking details and will require a signature when delivering to your door.

Whilst we deliver the majority of our products using our own dedicated Dreams fleet there are certain products that are handled by our carefully selected partners. In this instance we endeavour to make the delivery experience as seamless as possible for you. Contact will be made directly by our partner to arrange convenient delivery for you.
