The Sleep Matters app is a brand new sleep tracking app free from Dreams. With our Sleep Matters app you can track your sleep throughout the night. It monitors your movement so you can see the different phases of your sleep cycle – deep sleep, light sleep and awake time. There is a range of soothing sounds and melodies to fall asleep to and wake up to, so you can personalise the experience.
