As well as performance reviews up to four times a year, we have a Retail Buddy system, designed to help head office and stores teams work together to give our customers the best possible service.
We also hold regular Staff Liaison sessions that give Dream Team members even more chances to share ideas and feedback, and our internal magazine – Between the Sheets – keeps everyone up to date with what's happening.
