When it comes to delivering your bed, mattress or other bedroom furniture, we’ll do all we can to make sure everything goes like a dream.
Flexible, fast delivery
We’re committed to making our delivery service as quick and hassle-free as possible. If your bed is in stock and you order before noon, we can even deliver it the same day! ay!
A date that suits you
Whenever you buy a bed from us, we’ll ask you to choose a delivery time that suits you best. If we don’t have it in stock, we’ll give you a call as soon as we do, and if you need to change your delivery date, you can call our Delivery Hotline up to 48 hours before on 0844 8111 200.
We’ll usually deliver between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. But if you’d prefer us to come outside these hours, we can arrange this for a small surcharge. If you’re not in when we make our delivery, please note that a second slot will cost an extra £35.
We’ll even put our slippers on
Our delivery team pride themselves on being considerate and polite. They’ll give you a call on the morning of your delivery to give you a time slot, and when they get there they’ll even put on their Dreams slippers to keep your carpets clean!
Prefer to collect?
If you’d like to collect your bed you can – just visit any of our Home Delivery depots between 10am and 4pm Monday-Saturday. If your bed’s in stock, you can come and collect it within 24 hours. Special orders can take up to 28 days to arrive. When you come to collect, don’t forget straps and ties to keep everything in place – we want to make sure you stay safe.
