Our 12 month Management Training programme is ideal for you if you like learning on the job, relish challenges and like the fast pace of retail.

Most of the training we offer our store managers takes place in real-life situations, with support of experienced staff when you need it. Our managers also receive specific training in stock management, driving sales and motivating their teams.

Review and appraisals

As a management trainee, you'll have regular meetings, one to ones and reviews with your line manager.

You will be measured against key criteria for your role and your line manager will give you regular feedback on your performance.

Twice a year you'll have a formal review which you'll be encouraged to use to help you set personal objectives that will support your continued development.
