We believe that with the right support you can build the career you’ve always dreamed of. So as a management trainee, we’ll make sure you have regular meetings and reviews with your line manager, who’ll give you helpful and constructive feedback on your performance.
You’ll be measured against key criteria for your role, and have a formal review twice a year where you’ll be encouraged to set objectives for the months ahead. You’ll be living the dream in no time!
