We want our people to enjoy their work, and feel they have the skills they need to make our customers’ dreams come true. So we invest in a combination of in-depth training and regular assessments, to make sure you have everything you need.

Getting off to a great start

As a new colleague at Dreams, you’ll benefit from a comprehensive induction programme. If you’ve joined our retail or distribution teams, you’ll attend our Academy of Dreams in either Wednesbury or Warrington. And wherever you are, you’ll be encouraged to monitor your development in line with Dreams’ business need – so from day one, you’ll be working to achieve both your dreams and ours.

Your continued development

From management skills to communications, health and safety to customer service, our dedicated training team works throughout the business at all levels and across all areas. So wherever you’re working, we’re here to help you achieve your dreams.

We’ll also encourage you to develop your skills and knowledge outside the business, with our Dreams Foundation Degree. Working closely with Bucks New University, we have designed the course to help you develop your management skills across the business, or work towards NVQs that’ll help you progress in your role.
