My bed frame arrived last week, took me and my father around 1 hr to put together. Is very good value for money. Really comfortable. Nothing bad to say about it. Was delivered on the day and timeslot specified. Very happy customer :)

Just had this bed frame delivered today, alongside a new mattress and love it!!
The delivery guys called as promised, to let me know my 2 hour delivery slot and they were right on time! Really helpful guys who offered to carry both mattresses I ordered and the bed frame, up the stairs to the rooms I wanted them in.
The bed frame was really well packaged and came with easy to follow instructions. I think in all, it took 2 of us about 20-30mins to put the bed together...with no arguements...hurray!!
Now it's together, the bed looks amazing and is really sturdy and supportive. No squaks or creaking, just a gorgeous solid bed!!
I would recommend this bed to ANYONE!

soooooooooo easy to fit together, even had spare bits aswell.
quick delivery, delivery guys were really helpful and gave me an exact time for delivery.. and were on time.
shame the sales man in the dreams store was a total plonker though, I think he should have gone back to preening himself in the mirror, seeing as I nearly didnt buy the bed cause he was so arrogant

I purchased this for our spare bedroom and this is such a dream (pardon the pun). I saw this for £350 on a competitor's website. This has the classic look I was looking for at an amazing price without compromise on the quality or aesthetic.

Easy to assemble

What an easy bed to put together. I am a flat pack queen but this one was one of the best that I have done. Each part was individually wrapped to prevent scratches, I got extra plastic bits for the supports, and the only part I needed my husband for was holding the frame whilst I put the initial screws in and tightening them up. Looking forward to a comfortable nights sleep tonight.

I got this bed because i needed a bed fast for relatives coming to stay at christmas and thought it looked the part even if I expected it to be flimsy given the price and guess what? Flimsy it isn't...very solid bed and looks fab in the spare bedroom... a really good buy!

I read the other reviews about this bed and couldn't quite believe them. However my bed arrived today and it is fantastic. The delivery was spot on, I had a call to give me the two hour slot and then another when the delivery was 15 minutes away. The bed was beautifully packed with all the iron pieces wrapped individually in webbing, wrapped in plastic and secured inside the boxes. All the pieces were there and there were a few spares too. it was very simple to make up and all the holes were in the right places.
It looks wonderful in my daughters bedroom and she is totally delighted!

The bed is execellent, very strong and it looks really stylish in my bedroom. But the best part of dealing with Dreams was the excellent customer service of the staff at the store in Leicester, near St Georges Retail Park. Importantly the great customer service I received from the two men who installed the bed because of my arthiritis, I could not do it myself. They cleaned up afterwards and made pleasant conversation and were extremely helful, full of advice and really polite.

This bed looks fantastic in our bedroom and was so easy to assemble it only took my partner half an hour or so. The service given by Dreams was seamless from making the order online to receiving our bed only 2 days later within the 2 hour time slot arranged with the helpful call centre staff who called a day after ordering. Amazing price too total bargain!

me and my husband really like this bed but we couldnt buy it because freams dont do it in a kingsize i would recommend it to a friend because it looks gorgeous but sadly we need the next size up

Great bed, great service indeed. This has been the only purchase we didn't have to regret recently (unlike our sofa from another manufacturer, for instance, which came in the wrong colour, having waited for it for 4 months!!!). With this bed we got what we wanted, when we wanted it, in the quality we expected.
We ordered this bed in Ashford, was delivered 4 days later (it could have been delivered next day), together with the excellent Executive mattress. It wasn't very difficult to assemble this bed. It's comfy, it's pretty, really good value for the money. The salesman in the store was very polite and helpful.

The bed is very well made and has a sturdy construction.
It was easy to assembly and the online purchase easy with a delivery date to suit me. What more could you want? I paid less than half the retail price during the sale - I might get another when the next one is on....

I can throughouly recommend the whole experience with this purchace from Dreams. A good quality, superb looking bed which was delivered in a timely manner to suit us and very well packaged.
All the staff both at the call centre and at contact delivery were very well briefed and effecient which made the whole process a pleasure. This Company has obviously invested wisely with their customer focus training and in that respect I would use again

I love the style and design of this bed. The sweeping bed ends are so classy. The height is just right andI found it easy to assemble. The wooden slats still creak a bit but hopefully will settle in soon. I would reccomend this to my friends
