What is the 10 Year Guarantee?
At Dreams we understand that buying a bed or mattress is a big and long lasting purchase so we want to make sure that your bed and mattress gives you comfort for years to come.
We provide a 10 year guarantee so that if within 10 years you find a fault with your item, we will organise for a repair, a like-for-like exchange. The guarantee covers materials, construction and workmanship of your purchase. The 10 Year Guarantee needs to be purchased.
At the end of the 10 year guarantee period, you will receive a 10% discount off the purchase of your next new bed.
What products does it apply to?
The 10 Year Guarantee applies to bedsteads, mattresses, divans and TV Beds (excluding the TV) and adjustable divans.
Bedroom furniture, TV's and sofa beds are excluded from the guarantee.
I want to make a claim
If you find a fault with your item, please call 0844 292 0000.
Make sure you have your order number and guarantee number ready at hand. You can find both numbers on the confirmation order document you received from the store you purchased from, or on the confirmation email sent to you if you purchased online or by phone.
We will then discuss the condition of your bed or mattress. If there is a functional failure not related to general wear and tear, then we will repair your item without any charge up to or equal to the price you paid for your item. If the product cannot be repaired or it is deemed too uneconomical to repair, we will replace it with the same item. If your original item is no longer available, it will be replaced for a like-for-like item.

40 Night Comfort Guarantee
What is the 40 Night Comfort Guarantee?
We want to make sure that you sleep on the mattress that’s right for you so we give you up to 40 nights to try out your new mattress. If you feel that the mattress does not suit you we will happily exchange it for another mattress of your choice. We will also come and collect your old mattress from you so you can rest assured.
The 40 Night Comfort Guarantee only applies to divans and mattress (not Adjustables). You can also exchange the divan base along with a new mattress.
How long do I have to try the mattress?
The 40 Night Comfort Guarantee can be used after 30 nights and before 40 nights from the date that your product was delivered to you. It can take up to 30 nights for the mattress to settle and for you to become used to your new mattress. Once you have decided and agreed to exchange your mattress you have up to 7 days to re-select a more suitable mattress.
I want to change my mattress
If you would prefer a more comfortable mattress please call 0844 292 0000.
Make sure you have your order number ready at hand. You can find your order number on the confirmation order document you received from the store you purchased from, or on the confirmation email sent to you if you purchased online or by phone.
You will be able to select another mattress of the same size. If the mattress you would like is more expensive than the one you bought then you will be asked to pay the difference in price. We cannot refund any money if your new mattress is cheaper than the one you purchased. There is a re delivery charge of £39 payable on all 40 Night Comfort Guarantees.
The rest is taken care of by us as we deliver your new mattress and take your old one away so you can then sleep peacefully, every night.
Please note that the 40 Night Comfort Guarantee can only be used if your mattress is in good condition and we only offer one exchange per product. For this reason we recommend that you use a mattress protector.
If you received a discretionary product discount, that discount as a sum will be carried over to your new mattress. If you purchased a product that qualified for VAT relief and you change to a product that doesn't qualify, then the amount you paid for the product is the amount you have to put towards the product you are exchanging to.Back to top
We are confident that we offer the lowest price on any bed. If you see either the same bed or a bed with very similar specifications produced by the same manufacturer at a cheaper price, we will refund you the difference in price. On top of that we will also give you an additional £10.
Our Price Promise only applies to beds and bedroom furniture items for a period of 28 days after your purchase. Please note that we are unable offer our Price Promise for clearance items.Back to top
