This week, Mike Clare, Chief Executive of Dreams, joined other top entrepreneurs at Waterstone’s in Piccadilly to celebrate the launch of a motivational new book published by Crimson Publishing.
The book, “How they Started” by David Lester, tells the stories of how 30 ordinary people set out to turn a good idea into a successful business, and how they turned their dreams into reality. Mike Clare, Chief Executive of Dreams, Britain’s leading Bed Specialist, is one of the main contributors to the book and his story charts the phenomenal success of his retail business. |

Within the book Mike explains how he started Dreams – from the moment he dreamt of the concept through to the first sale he made. He recalls how he built one of the UK’s fastest growing companies whilst retaining 100 per cent stake and how 20 years on and 150 stores later he still retains the same passion for success he had when he opened his first shop.
