Do you sell 4'0" or 2'6" beds?

Yes, we have several models that are available in 2'6" and 4'0" sizes. Look out for beds on our website that have these size symbols.

Do you sell special size beds?

Yes, we can supply special sizes, shorter beds, longer beds, wider beds etc. This service is available through our many Branches Nationwide, our sleep consultants will be able to advise on all sizes available.

Will you take our old bed away?

Yes, we do offer a service to remove the old bed. This service is currently only available when you purchase from one of our many Branches.

Do you sell Sofabeds or Futons?

We currently have a range of futons available to purchase in our Branches, not yet available online.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following Credit Cards and Debit Cards, Mastercard, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Switch, Solo, Electron, JCB and International Maestro.

Can I pay by any other means than card?

Currently we can only accept the specified credit and debit cards online, however, if you visit any of our 120 plus stores you can also purchase by Cash, Cheque or Interest Free Credit.

When I place an order, what happens next?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours with your order details, and as soon as your goods are available we will contact you to arrange delivery. There is no need to chase your order and if the delivery should extend longer than the lead time given we will usually contact you. (If the order includes bedding, this will be despatched separately within 5 working days by courier or post).

Can I order from a real person rather than online?

Yes, if you ring our contact number 0870 3333 612 between 9am & 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am & 6pm Saturdays or 11am & 5pm Sundays, one of our Sleep Consultants will be only too happy to take your order over the phone. Alternatively, you can purchase in the old fashioned way by visiting any of our 120 plus stores.

Is your site secure?

Please don't worry about sending your credit or debit card details via our website. All transactions are totally secure because all the details that you send to us are encrypted and sent across a secure connection. You can see that the shopping bag and checkout is a secure area of our site because a padlock symbol or key will appear in the bottom of your browser.The encryption technique we use is standard for e-commerce and is certified by VeriSign, the world's most respected certification body for Internet firms. This means that the information you send us cannot be read by anyone other than the Dreams team. Will you pass my details on to anyone else?

Dreams guarantee that we will never pass your details to any third party.

How can I check on the progress of my order?

We will contact you to arrange delivery as soon as your ordered goods are available and there is no need to chase your order, if the delivery exceeds the estimated lead time quoted we will usually contact you.

Who will deliver my order?

At Dreams we have our own fleet of liveried Mercedes delivery vehicles with Dreams own trained, uniformed delivery teams. We also have contracts with certain suppliers to deliver direct ensuring you receive the bed of your dreams even quicker. (Smaller items such as pillows or duvets will be sent direct to your home by courier or post)

How much is the delivery charge?

For all large items including divans, bedsteads, mattresses, adjustables, children's beds and headborads the delivery charge is £32 to your bedroom. For all smaller items such as bedding and sleep products, the delivery charge is £5 which gets posted straight to your door.

Will my goods be delivered together?

Most of our product range will be delivered by our own fleet of livered Mercedes vehicles with Dreams own trained, uniformed delivery teams. Smaller items such as pillows or duvets will be sent direct to your home by courier or post. We also have contracts with certain suppliers to deliver direct ensuring you receive the product of your choice even quicker.

What will happen on the day of delivery?

At Dreams we like to make the delivery as easy as possible, you will receive a call from our delivery team before 10.00am on the day of delivery to give you a two hour delivery window.

What days do you deliver?

Deliveries will usually be Monday to Friday.

How will my delivery be arranged?

As soon as your goods are available a despatch coordinator will ring to agree a mutually convenient day for delivery. As we operate fast paced transit warehouses, we are unable to hold goods and need to deliver to you as soon as possible.

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver to all Mainland England and Wales, the Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the following postcodes in Central Scotland. DD, EH, FK, G, KA, KY, ML, PA PH6-11. (exceptions FK21, KA 27-28, PA20-33). Please note, certain bedroom furniture ranges are only currently available in mainland England, central Scotland and Wales. (See individual products for details). We also may be able to arrange delivery to other postcodes outside our normal areas, please contact our helpline 0870 3333 612 for further details.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We do not currently offer a full Dreams delivery service outside of the UK but we are happy to deliver your order to any shipper or port within mainland England and Wales. Please contact us on 0870 3333 612 to discuss your delivery requirements.

Will you take the bed upstairs?

Delivery is officially to the customer’s home address (i.e. the front door), however the drivers will usually (if requested, and it is practical) deliver to the room of your choice.

Will you assemble the bed?

As our delivery crews are very busy and to keep delivery costs to the absolute minimum we are currently unable to offer assembly on any products.

How do I know it's a good bed and a good price?

What is your guarantee?

All products carry a minimum one year guarantee, plus Dreams offer a 10 year guarantee covering the materials, construction and workmanship of your purchase. Protect your purchase for 10 years from just £35 (that's less than 7p per week).

What if the goods are damaged on delivery?

Dreams take great care to ensure that your order will be delivered to your door in a perfect condition, however, in the unlikely event that a product you receive is damaged, please call us immediately on 0870 3333 612 to enable us to ensure your complete satisfaction.
