We understand how important a good night's sleep is. That's why we don't hang around when it comes to your delivery. We aim to get your bed to you as soon as possible. If your dream bed is in stock and you order before noon we can even deliver it to you the very same day (in store only). We like to make everything about your delivery service as easy and quick as possible.

Arranging a delivery date

Because you may work unusual shifts, of perhaps you're going on holiday, we try to stay as flexible as possible. At the time of purchase, if your goods are in stock you'll be asked to select a day for delivery which fits in with your routine. Alternatively, if it's a special order we will give you a call immediately when your goods are ready. If for any reason you need to change your delivery date, you can do so up to 48 hours prior to the delivery date by contacting our Home Delivery Hotline team on 0844 8111 200.

Deliveries are usually between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. However we can offer delivery outside these hours (Saturday) for a small surcharge. Please note, if you are not in to receive your goods during your agreed time slot you will be charged an extra £32 for a second delivery.

Delivery - with a comfy pair of Slippers

You'll find our delivery team are always very courteous. They'll try to call you on the morning of delivery with a 2 hour time slot, they'll be uniformed and trained and are even happy to put on their Dreams slippers before entering your home. Well, we wouldn't want to walk dirt into your house, would we? It's all these little extras that make the Dreams delivery team so special!

Convenient collection

If you prefer, you can collect your new bed, free of charge, from any of our nine Home Delivery Depots across the country. You can collect from Monday - Saturday, between 10am to 4pm. All of our thousands of beds and mattresses are held here prior to delivery to your home. If your bed is in stock you can collect it within 24 hours. However, special orders will usually take up to 28 days to arrive. If you choose to collect, please ensure you use a suitable vehicle and remember to bring straps and ties to secure your goods. Take care not to overload your vehicle, we want you to get home safely.
