- At Dreams, people's views and opinions are encouraged, valued and listened to.
- We carry out regular people surveys called Chat Back, to make sure our head office departments are doing enough to support our branches. In a retail business such as ours, we believe it's vital to get regular input from our showroom consultants, the people who come into direct contact with our customers every day.
- We carry out reviews up to four times a year to find out from colleagues how they feel about working for Dreams. Based on their feedback, we can make Dreams an even better place to work.
- We value our people's feedback. Our regular Staff Liaison sessions give Dream Team members more opportunities to exchange ideas and feedback.
- Our internal newsletter, Bed Times, keeps everyone up to date on what's happening within the company.
- At Dreams we encourage people to develop a sense of ownership in what they do, so that they feel empowered to achieve results beyond the norm.
