CALL CENTRE SUPERVISOR – WEDNESBURY – £COMPETITIVE
We are looking for a passionate individual to supervise a team of Call Centre Operatives. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure the team remains focussed and target driven. Internal and external customer related matters are resolved in a fast, professional and efficient manner. Ensure the team is managed effectively and all Operatives are trained and up to date with policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a previous supervision and Call Centre experience. A high level of interpersonal skills, a strong determination to achieve targets with exceptional customer care skills as well as previous experience in motivating a team of customer focused Operatives.
