Product Description

With each 10-year guarantee purchase, you will be safe in the knowledge that if you discover a fault with your product within 10 years, you can come back to us and we will be happy to help. If you purchase the guarantee in store, we will give you a guarantee document containing a unique guarantee number before you leave the store. If you purchase it online or over the phone, please keep a record of your order number. Keep this document or order number safe, as you will need it if you ever need to claim on this guarantee.

In the event of a claim, please contact Dreams customer service team on 0844 292 00 00 with your unique guarantee number and a description of the issue. Dreams may then arrange for an impartial third party to come to your home at a time which suits you to assess the fault.

If the fault is covered by the guarantee, we will be happy to offer you a repair or new parts fitted by a trained technician to resolve the issue. If the product cannot be repaired we will offer you a full replacement or a suitable alternative should the original goods no longer be available.

The 10-year guarantee covers:
- Springs or slats collapsing or breaking
- Material or seams tearing (upholstered models)
- Side rails breaking
- Drawers breaking or collapsing
- Stitching faults
- Structural defects
- Tufts coming out of the mattress
- Legs, castors or castor blocks breaking or collapsing

Delivery
We deliver to most postcodes in Mainland England, Scotland, Wales, the Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland. Deliveries will normally take place on the times stated on your order acknowledgement. Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland may take longer.

Deliveries to the IV and AB postcodes are serviced by one of our delivery partners. You will receive a call to arrange delivery to your home within 7-14 days of your chosen date.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If not, for online purchases you are entitled to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt.

For refunds and exchanging items, it's important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take care of them and ensure they are in their original packaging.

To make sure that you chose to right mattress, we offer a '40 night comfort guarantee' that allows you to sleep on your mattress for 30 nights. If its not right for you, you may exchange it for an alternative.

Certain goods may be subject to a cancellation charge.
